The Nokia 920 features Gorilla Glass which is very sturdy. The phone has a nice sized screen for great visibility. The camera takes great images and records respectable video as well. The speakers are easy to adjust and are plenty loud. The battery holds a charge well. The Windows features make the phone easy to sync to mail and utilize browsing features. I travel a lot and the GPS is a useful tool. There are many aps available and it is possible to print from the phone. It's like having an extension to your brain.
The case is really slick and it is easy to drop the phone unless you add one of the many available exterior cases that include some silicone for gripping. I was able to find a sturdy thin case with a built in screen protector at a very reasonable price.

This phone is like a hand-held computer! The windows are fully customizable and everything is compatible with your PC running Windows 10. You can download or add One Note and be able to see documents that you have saved there from your computer. Takes great pictures and has really good battery life for a smart phone. The 32GB on-board memory is also a plenty for storing pictures, songs, games, etc but if you need more it also has an expandable memory slot. The phone does seem a little heavier than other smartphones but still a great buy.

This phone is hands down beautiful! Specially the white color that own. It was the first phone with optical stabilization on the camera which means video is smooth and pictures are easier to take with out blur. The display also has awesome tech. It gets pretty bright and even has a high sensitivity mode to enable use with gloves on so that's great. Overall it's a really solid phone with fantastic build. In 2017 i'd recommend this to anyone as a backup phone if you can get it for less than $100. Great value still!

Easy to learn and easy to use. The 920 doesn't have all the bells and whistle of a galaxy phone but is more dependable and easier to use. Your windows 10 PC and Nokia` W/windows 8 or 10 is so similar that you only need to learn how to use one. I have bought 3 of these 920s for me and family members. It is like having your PC in your pocket.

This is my second Nokia 920. After 13 mos., the first one dropped, the screen cracked and after calling all over town to try to replace it, learned that replacing the screen would cost nearly as much as a new phone, and so the second one was bought. I don't need a lot of gizmos or video/streaming capabilities, so it suits my needs quite well.

Absolutely phenomenal. The screen was flawless, and all the accessories were included. This far surpassed my expectations, and I'm glad I got this.
It was rather fun to see the different features of the windows mobile phone. Although it's a shame that the OS is no longer supported, but it was quite fun nonetheless to explore.

I went from the 520 to this. It's bigger and faster and holds a lot more music. Battery is pretty good but I usually only get a day (in all fairness I use it a lot and use Bluetooth a lot so that uses a lot of battery). Great value and does everything I need!!!

I love everything about this phone except for the fact that I can't get LTE. I even went to both T-Mobile, the Nokia help, and even went to the Microsoft Store for setup help. No solution from any of the above. Works fine with Wi-Fi, but no access to LTE.

Nokia is a much better phone than my old windows brand phone. It has a quicker processor and better features. It has a bright display. It takes great pictures. It is very responsive and easy to use.

Received the phone couple days after. Did not say it had a cracked screen in the description. Doesnt effect it what so ever. Good phone. Does have some scuffs and dings but over all a good phone.
